Why do guys wear sunglasses indoors only when they see a girl whom they have had good conversation with before? Avoidance?

First off, he has a gf. He did not tell me this but we are girls, we have our ways.

Second, I approached him only bc I thought he was kind of interested as he kept looking at me. I thought we had good conversation and I wouldn't mind a friendship (I know a lot of you probably scoffed at that aha).

For some odd reason, whenever nowadays he sees me, he puts his shade on. Could it be that he is avoiding me? Ironic bc he doesn't run away when he sees me and even smiles like we used to. Albeit, we have known each other for few weeks.

I have two possibilities 1) he thought he passed a wrong message and does not want to talk 2) he got into me but does not want to be disloyal to his gf?

I don't know except I haven't included his other behaviours BUT he confuses the shizz out of me.

Or maybe he is avoiding me? But even when he has his shade on, I mean he still looks at me (as much as one can detect from like tinted sunglasses). I guess he doesn't mind looking but talking is another scenario.

It could be he doesn't want to make eye contact with you and engage you while he checks you out lmao. My advice find someone else, since he has a GF and you don't want to get wrapped up in that. :D

Well, it is sad that we still pin after someone who is taken. However, I think I kind of respect that of him. Because there is no harm in looking (not to say I am like eye-candy) but at times you find something that just catches your attention.

Like each time I have always approached him and we had wonderful conversations. Maybe to refrain from giving me false hope, he began the sunglasses trend LOL bc it does hide the eyes and I most definitely don't want to approach him. Btw, though, for his sake I want to yell "DON'T HIDE BEHIND THOSE BC THEY ARE HIDEOUS".

Thanks! I think you are right. I mean I thought this initially bc if he wanted to avoid me, he would not at all smile or acknowledge my presence. Even though he continually wants me to approach him which I can't/won't.

I did approach him twice. Actually, before he began his sunglasses move, couple of times in tutorial (we have the same tutorial for lecture), I look his direction and he had snapped his head away. So I had approached him for that reason thinking friendship then more?

Either way, I thought as conversations go we hit it off decently (no nervousness) and we shared big smiles (he said something, looked down to see if I smiled and then smiled big back to me, that was nice). Heck, even when his friend had come (we both were waiting for each others friends as I approached him), he did not leave until his friend got fed up and said "Let's go". So I mean I was happy as it seemed he did not mind my company.

I actually began to ignore him the last two times bc I thought the smile he gets whenever he saw me on bus or like putting shades meant he doesn't want to talk to me.

No worries. I think sunglasses makes it harder for me to approach him and most definitely he wore it bc of me as who the heck puts on shade in the bus especially after seeing that person.

Alas, I am tempted to say he may be attracted or interested in me but I would have liked to be friends.

Ahaa nah. He wore it on the bus. Like once he had it already taken off, then put it on as he saw me. The other, yesterday, as I was late for the bus, when I got in, he did not have his shades on.

But I think I did best by ignoring him after his incident of sunglasses. I mean since he does have a gf and also he doesn't initiate convos, it was probably right/best. Plus, still pretty fresh my infatuation! So easier to get over.
