What does it mean when a guy asks for a back and head massage out of the blue?

so i was on a trip to Hawaii with my boyfriend and his family which consists of mom dad and brother, his brother and i knew eachother before i met his brother (my boyfriend) and us three had to share a room and after my boyfriend fell alseep his brother asked me for a back massage and when i was done he asked for a head massage and i said sure and he went and laid his head in my lap face down, he did this three times. what does this mean?

i have no intensions of getting with his brother at all! i was just wondering if i was missing something something, i took it as doing a friend a favor

i did tell my boyfriend what happened and he was 100% okay with it, but im more curious to know what his brother might have been thinking.

But I mean he had his head in your lap while your bf was asleep... no matter what, regardless of his intentions, I'm sure at some point you both got a sexual thought in your mind.

i really didnt, thats why i asked the question because in the situation i was oblivious to whatever he was trying. I suppose i thought his brother would never do that or think that of me because i don't feel that way about him :/

Well I mean If I were your boyfriend's brother, I definitely wouldn't ask you for a head massage unless I wanted to make a move because that's too far. Idk, maybe there are guys who would without having any feelings but I personally wouldn't and I think most guys agree.
