Ok, so living in SoCal, I have seen some disturbing things... girls, walking around half naked thinking they look "cute" when really they don't have ass or boobs. Do guys like that or no?

It really depends on the girl and location. At the movie theater, no, at the beach, sure, why not. I've never been further out west than Minnesota so I have no idea what SoCal is like... but if I saw a girl like that in a store or restaurant then I wouldn't like it... but if she were out in public in an area where guys are walking around topless and it's in that kind of environment then yes. As for the depending on the girl. Some girls do look better fully clothed because clothes form to their body quite well, and when they're half-naked their body doesn't look as appealing because there's nothing forming to the body that could enhance the aesthetics of a certain body part and wearing certain clothes could enhance the aesthetics of that body part making her appear more attractive. So, it really all depends.

The kind of "half-naked" you described I would hope guys didn't like. It's tasteless.
I just got back from the shore and all these teen girls had 2 sizes too small of shorts and shirts. It isn't attractive. Yes, you should dress "how you want" and "you go girl! Be confident!" but it's just degrading & I feel embarrassed for girls with that much exposed in a public, family place.
But then again, most boys don't think that way and see this as another pair of boobs/stomach/ass walking past them.

It's tasteless? It isn't attractive to you, but to most guys we just like what's in the clothes. I think girls care more about what guys wear than guys care about what girls wear. Well I'm 21 so I'm not looking at teenagers no way unless they are 18 or 19. I don't go to clubs, but yeah little girls do go there. I'm not saying it's right, but that goes back to what I said about Frankenstein's monsters. It seems all throughout history many girls have had a fondness for older men. Same vice versa. Many young guys like young girls. You again combine that with what I said earlier and *shrugs* Oh I didn't know you like women. You are still a female and typically females I think notice clothes on a woman (or man) first. Maybe I'm wrong and if I am I apologize. That's just my assumption. May not be correct. I agree a girl of age in cami with short shorts is hot, but I don't even look at girls who I think are probably too young. Still this is what society and bad nutrition has made. Then also bad parenting, but I know that's a very sensitive topic there.
