What does it mean when you boyfriend drunk texts you?

I really don't like guys that drink because it makes me think that they fooled around and ended up cheating on me, considering I'm not there and its at like 12 A. M! Anyways, me and my boyfriend have just started dating.. so only 3 months so far. This is actually the first time he has ever really text me completely drunk. He texted me saying that he misses me and stuff like that... Im just curious if what guys say or text while their drunk is BS or is it truthful? Please help thank you!

When you say things when you're drunk it's usually truthful, but it's also usually over-exaggerated. When I was drunk the other night I texted this guy I'm talking to things that I definitely would not normally say, but that I partially meant. If he says he misses you I'm sure it's true, you guys are together after all.

Its not the texts that are annoying its that I dont trust people who are drunk (obviously) lol and at a bar or a party full of females other than me where there's a good chance of them cheating.

If he was cheating, he'd be with some other chick, not texting you how much he misses you. He would not have time to text you if he was making out with some other girl. I think the drunk text was kinda sweet haha it's like when people break up, they always drunk text their ex because they can't get them off their mind. This guy CANNOT stop thinking of you! Haha

People are more likely to speak more, but not necessarily the truth. When I'm drunk/half drunk, I'm a lot more vocal, but a lot of the times, it's lies

If you trust him there shouldn't be a problem, but you honestly don't sound like you do😧

My boyfriend always calls me when he's drunk/high and we talk like 2 hours ahead. He says he doesn't want to spend his high time with his friends but me. I think its cute. They get more honest when they're drunk. He really misses you and loves you as he said these while he is drunk
