Do you really like it when a guy shares his feelings?

or do you like it when he keeps you on your toes?

To me it seems that women want men to express their feelings, but when guys do share their feelings the women lose interest.

Would women rather if men shared their feelings very rarely and kept women wanting more? Would that keep women interested?

They say women are catty, and cat's love the hunt for that mouse, but once they catch the mouse they just play with it because once it's dead there's nothing else for them to play with until another mouse comes along. Women challenge men to express their feelings and in my opinion it's good for both men and women to open up to each other. I think if a guy pours his heart out just enough without becoming entirely vulnerable, that will still give the woman something to play with and still pursuit. That's just my outlook on it. If a guy makes himself too vulnerable too soon I lose interest because there's nothing else to dig up about him.

I love that metaphor! That's exactly what it feels like too. It feels like someone chases you, kills you, and then just throws you out when they find someone new. Have you ever felt like the mouse?

Yes many times actually lol. I'm very rarely the cat unfortunately but I was speaking in a general sense how I see my male friends get hurt and my female friends play games and visa versa. Being the mouse is where my baggage came from lol

I like it when a guy shares his feelings with me. Actually, I prefer that he does. Now, in the early stages of a relationship, I don't expect him to profess his undying love. Too soon would make me wonder if he's just saying it to be saying it. Y'know ? But, later, after we've agreed to be exclusive, I would love to be told those things. Often.

As for sharing when he's upset, etc. I think it's best that he shares. That way, if he's having a bad day, I'll be reassured it's not my fault. Also, it's cool to be their confidante. It can bring you closer when you share the bad and the good.

I know that I do love when guys share there feelings but not immediately when time passes yea its good,but am not very lucky with that the guys I have dated are just to scared of letting there feelings out and at the end am the one who gets hurt but oh well that's life and I don't like when guys try to keep us at there toes.

i don't get bored when a guy I have feelings for tells me how they feel instead I feel more connected to him and that would be a sign that he has started to trust me and that I could trust him also.

Yea and the last question I like when guys express there feelings little by little not all at once like that I would keep interested and curious to know more.

I don't mind him sharing his feelings. The guy I'm dating rarely does it and sometimes I get really frustrated whenever we get in a fight for one of his insecurities that he just won't tell me no matter how many times I pry. He might think that he's going to be vulnerable and seem weak, but girls really like it when guys open up, it's like telling the girl that he likes her enough to let her see a side of him that he isn't comfortable sharing with anyone else. Of course I've also dated the guy who kept telling me his feelings and I found that sorta weird as well. I guess guys need to have a balance between the two.

Overall, sharing feelings is a very good thing and eventually a "must". in the early stages (flirting, dating), it depends on the girl. Some need a challenge, some need reinforcement. If a girl loses interest because a guy shared his feelings too quickly, I doubt there was much chance for that relationship in the first place.

I dated a girl for two months, she was my official girlfriend for 6 weeks. Everything was going great, never an awkward moment, the sex was right on, we did it 13 times in one day. She said she loved me during sex. We talked about living together and looked at places.

Then one night while driving she made a joke, as I was laughed I said in a silly way, "see this is why I love. " She flipped out and demanded, "Do you love me? " I said Yes. She got quiet. She dumped me the next day.

I like it when he tells me abt his feelings but I also like it when he DOES something as well. I like it when he walks his talk, what I'm trying to say. The guy I love is exact like that and I wouldn't change him for anything in this world. ^__-^
