Guy just blocked me on both snapchat and tinder?

Ok I was talking to this guy on tinder and he even gave me his number and we even made plans to meet up next Saturday. We have been talking for a month and even last night we snap chatted around midnight. This morning I find that he has blocked me from both snapchat and tinder and I have no idea why. The thing is I still have his cell number so should I text him and ask what happened. Why would he talk for a month just to disappear.

I know tinder is not a serious app but we had some good convos and talked for a month! I am not heartbroken lol but just confused:/

Maybe he isn't as confident in real life and chickened out of meeting you. In his panic he might have blocked all communication instead of admitting he isn't ready for a real relationship.
