Why does this guy block and unblock me on snapchat?

I have been seeing this guy for a while and all of sudden he told me how much he liked and how much he wanted to be with me then I told him how I felt and then he blocked me on all social media but for the past 3 weeks he keeps blocking and unblocking me each time telling me how much he likes me and wants to be with me but why does he block me then I don't wanna ask him and get him mad. Why do you think this is?

He thinks about the situation a lot and when he gets mad about it he tries to block you out of his social media life. Then he thinks about the good times y'all had and unblock you
