I've traveled all over the Philippines, and many of my best loved friends since childhood are Filipina..
I would say that many are very sweet and also many are very shady and will stab you in the back like your nothing... I've seen philipinos really helping others and showing an amazing big heart and bright sense of humor, I've also see many beating and tormenting helpless animals.. i even saw an old man push a little 5 year old street girl into traffic for simply no reason at all.. and she got crushed under a bus.. it was so tramatizing and really to this day can not understand that evil freaks action to such like a tiny poor child.
one thing you can not argue with is Statistics.. and the phils has one of the very highest murder rates of any nation on earth... so you can not just say they are "sweet" its still a 3rd world nation.. a very rich one in personality and spirit, a nation i really love and feel close to... but i do not like really to say any nation is full of sweet people
some nations are extream, like take Japan for example... you will never meet anyone who ever gets harmed or robed or anything in Japan... its by far the safest most friendly nation on earth by any statistics and i have even lived there for 2 years... but there are times when you look at history and think japanese are some of the most heartless and sadistic people... i believe each person in any race or culture is an individual, and you should judge each person on their own merit
you might judge race by beauty perhaps, because yes people from the phils are blessed with a lot of beauty... and Asians in general are very polite... but these things don't mean anything important
As a part Filipina myself, I can say that most Filipino guys in terms of personality are very respectful, funny, sweet and kind especially if they like the girl... Some of them are shy though especially if they gew up in Philippines and talking to foreigners... :) In general, they are nice... :)
As for in relationship, I observed and I find them to be more of submissive to their partner and partly dominant... they are not too submissive though, its like they are more concerned about the happiness of their loved ones/partner than themselves... :)
pure Filipinos (traditional ones) are not into "sex" in relationship unless they are married.. but for those who grew up and are in other foreign land, ofcourse it differs their views... :)
They are more of "action speaks louder than words"...
And some of them, they have long patience.. :)
Lifestyles? I know most are family-oriented so its very slim chance that they go astray... but ofcourse they also have freedom to do what they want.. and oh, most of them loves to eat, so its a plus if you are a good cook hehe :)
Filipino boys are funny, romantic, and usually put a lot of effort. They are also family-oriented and most can be sually Christians so religion is also big part of their life. :)
be careful not all Filipino guys are good.. we are generally smart guys but some guys used it in a bad way to take advantage from others.. i am a filipino (half) i am not against on my own kind.. just a friendly advice if you have plans on dating someone. well generally we are sweet, caring, and friendly.
Its true dat Asian boi are popular esp. Filipino. Yas Asian in general are more respectful in my opinion not juz cuz im Asian myself. Its from observance and the data I've collected. What are u cutie?

It's racial stereotyping to assume a personality of a person solely from their race. We have no way of knowing that. It'd be like if I asked you, "What are -insert race- girls like?".

I am not a filiphino. But as an Asian, we get along with people easily due to our well mannared respectful behavior.
Well... not every Filipino person is the same. I only know a few Filipinos and they're all the same family. I wouldn't say they're particularly sweet, but I like them.
