He left me waiting, someone help please?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months now and everything is going good. Just tonight he basically said he would come on Skype at this certain time so from that certain time I waited for him to come on Skype and then he didn't even come on it at all. He left me waiting for 1 hour and a half without me receiving no text messages or calls, then at the end of the hour and a half he text me saying he can't come on it and could we just talk on text instead.

I feel so angry/upset and let down by him right now, someone help me please? I need some advice, I don't know if I can forgive him for this.

I think you should seriously reevalute whether or not you're able to handle being in a relationship at this point. It's not okay for him to stand you up, but it's not catastrophic either.
