What does it mean when your boyfriend says" You're lovely!"?

My bf has a lot of trouble showing his emotions & doesn't tell me he loves me. We see each other about 3 times a week, I know all his family & he brings me flowers etc. He often says "you're lovely".
Just want to know if he actually loves me?

Probably means you're a really nice person who he's feeling very lucky to know.
I know my brother says that to certain women who he likes a lot though, but not necessarily love.
Nobody on here will know if the guy loves you though, but I think he does at least care a lot about you and rather likes you.
