Okay so there's this kid that I was very close friends with in school and we would text a lot too but ever since summer in 2014 he's been asking me for nudes. I only like this kid as a friend. When I tell him no I'm not sending nudes he doesn't seem to want to take no for an answer. He will get all mad at me and use this sympathy card saying I'm always their for you why can't u just do this one thing and make me happy and shit. EVERY DAY this kid asked every fucking day he didn't want to accept the answer no. And when I would tell him no he wouldn't talk to me for a week and tell me me and him arnt friends anymore then he would hmu again and say sorry but then he would do the same exact thing again and then say were not friends when I said no then come back apologize and so it again. I got so sick of it that I told him if he's gonna keep this shit up that I was never gonna talk to him again and block him on everything and he said fine block me so I did. Just recently he messaged me off a new number apologizing for the way he acted that summer which had been like 7 months back and I accepted the apology and we became friends again. then 2 days after which is today he asked me for fucking nudes again!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL THIS KID ANYMORE I STRICTLY LIKE HIM AS A FRIEND WHY won't HE JUST GIVE UP?

2. Say do u really want nudes? Then send him like a blue waffle or some old man or lady just something gross ( if u had the gut to view the thing before u send it ) and send it to him. Say here are some nudes. Just not mine. Lol

Ask him if he wants to go to a juvenile detention center. You are under 18. Regardless of how old he is, nude pictures of yourself would legally constitute child P*rnography .

I would honestly just tell him that, and then block his number. He sounds like an asshole.

Tell him it's illegal: I see all this talk about teens sending nudes. In the USA, this is considered producing and distributing child pornography. This is a federal offense, and teens have been prosecuted. Yes, if you are under 18, you can be charged. If a teen receives any type of nude picture, then the person sending the pictures is guilty of "pandering obscenity to a minor". It is possible, then, to be guilty of both producing and distributing child porn AND pandering obscenity to a minor.

Many other nations have similar laws, so it is not necessarily a USA only issue.
Also, age of consent laws don't apply here. Under 18 you are guilty under federal law, regardless of the age of consent in states.
