If a guy talks about a girl he's interested in, or in a relationship with to his friends, this a good thing or a bad thing. I've heard that if a guy is really serious about you he won't want to discuss anything about you with his friends, but is this true or not, and why?
I'm not a guy but i think that's true. If he wasn't serious about you why would he even mention you. but it all depends men also like to talk about girls if they just screwed her. but if its relationship based then yes.
There are people who view their relationship as something very special/precious/personal to them, so they're more protective about it and would therefore avoid talking too much about their love life with others.
Guys are weird. They can talk about you and not actually think much of you and they can talk about you and think the sun shines out your arse.
Which one is he? Who knows!
guys are like woman some times we just talk about whats going on in our lives, work, dating, etc ... Whats more important is what he is saying about you.

My boyfriend talks about me a lot to his friends. Only basic stuff or asking for ideas about what movies to watch or games to play. He doesn't talk about how much I mean to him or post us on social media. He's very conscious about how much he puts out because he's very private and doesn't want to brag about our relationship. Through our conversations he's also told me there is some measure of fear in broadcasting our relationship. He's scared of the what if we don't work out, he thinks I'm it for him that if this doesn't work nothing probably will. So if we didn't work out he didn't want to have to answer a bunch of questions
