Guys what does eye contact / intense staring mean to you?

Guys, what does eye contact/ intense staring mean to you?I'm just wondering. When you have eye contact with her, you hold it for awhile before breaking it away without smiling, what are you actually thinking? I mean, being attracted and being interested in a girl that you want to get to know her more are 2 dif things right? Am just curious, cause at recent event, A stranger turn his head towards me and gazed into my eyes. But there was this incident where he was looking at me and then I looked up at him, and we had like 6 sec eye contact b4 he looked away. So yup, just wondering what it meant to you? thanks for the opinions! :D

It means he thinks you are beautiful and he is attracted to you. But there is nothing he can do other than looking at you. as smiling to a stranger after about 6 sec staring would be creepy and you would probably get afraid from him.

I'll admit: I did it once and it scared the guy off. How do I know? He sat behind me one day and the next he was across the room... LOL.

So sometimes if it's someone they aren't attracted to, it's creepy. :")
