Does eye contact mean anything from a guys perspective?

1.) So a guy I know stares at a girl when they’re sitting in a group chilling not doing anything and he’s staring at me.

2.) And when I was eating pizza and he kept staring at me (even when I wasn’t paying attention and was doing something else or talking to someone) but I noticed he was sitting opposite me and staring and I looked up and smiled and he smiled then I was like why u staring lol and he was like no reason.

3.) And I was standing with him outside a house waiting for a friend and he was eating something while we were waiting and while he was eating it he kept looking at me and making eye contact when he was eating (kinda like how a girl would make eye contact when eating a banana or a hotdog lol) so I thought that was weird and then he stopped eating and stood there looking at me and I maintained eye contact this time so we stayed like that and he smirked.

Is that normal? Because he’s just a fiend and I don't know I’ve never had a friend be gazing like this before. so what does eye contact mean to guys?

We tend to keep looking at women we find attractive. It makes men happy to see pretty women, we get a delight out of it so he AT LEAST thinks you're attractive.

A lot of women seem to confuse a man thinking they are attractive to meaning that the man likes them. In a man's brain there are usually 2 processes. He might find you physically attractive but may or may not like you any further than that. I see a lot of women think that the 2 go together but often times they don't.

Personally I have found women physically attractive and nice to look at but don't like their personalities at all and wouldn't want to date or be in a relationship with them.

I guess all I'm trying to say is that he thinks you're attractive but you need to find out if he likes you more than that.

He might have seen you as a friend at first, but is realizing he finds you attractive.
It's happened to me before. Where I didn't see a girl as girlfriend material, but more as a friend. Then later something clicked and I was like "whoa, she's actually sexy as hell." So, I would catch myself staring, because I saw a side I didn't see before.

In short, it possibly means he finds you attractive. If this is something new, and he just now started, he is probably working this new information over. Deciding if he really is attracted or just crushing. If it's been going on a little longer, he's attracted and doesn't know how to let you know. Possibly hoping you will make the first move, and give him an opening so he can ask you out.
