This is a tough one. In some cases, the guy may not like you. It could be that simple. But in other cases, he could be trying not to gawk at your body and be labeled a pervert, he may be afraid of or intimidated by you, or he may simply feel totally inferior to you. There are endless meanings to such a seemingly small gesture.
Awkward question, but what size are your... yeah. Guys sometimes avoid looking if they are like monstrous.
Worst case scenario, they don't like you. Some people do this and roll they're eyes afterwards. Down in the south, it's called being messy. Do the same to them and see if they get mad. But try not to get into any fights.
Maybe they can see you staring at them so look away then look again when you are closer to avoid walking into you.
