Heh, my Mum always had that problem whenever we needed to share a bed (visiting grandparents). She'd wake up with bruises up and down her body thanks to my tossing and turning and kicking.
Pay back's a bitch though. I'll share a bed with my friends who will, in their sleep, push me off my own bed.
You can't help the things you do when you're sleeping. If you could nobody would snore.
You can train yourself though, which I think this is how I stopped tossing and turning so much, try sleeping on your own but on something thinner. If you're used to a double bed, start sleeping on a single. I used to stay at a friends house when I was younger, she had a mattress under her bed and would only pull it out a little for me to sleep on so I'd get about forty centimeters of mattress, while she had her whole bed. I very quickly stopped moving so much when I slept, because the moment I went to turn over I'd be on the floor.

I'm a crazy sleeper too. Every single friend I've ever had has complained about me kicking them or plopping my arm on their face while we sleep. It's really not a big deal though, you can't help what you're doing in your sleep, the other person in the bed with you just has to adjust accordingly.

There is absolutely nothing you can do. My sweetheart boyfriend of 5 years turns into an asshole when he is sleeping lol. I have been kicked, pushed, elbowed in the face, body slammed, laid on, suffocated, etc. You name it and it has probably happened lol I have tried everything. I have even put pillows inbetween us while we are sleeping and he just finds a way around them. Its just something I have come to accept. And for the record, NO I have not been seriously hurt during any of this lol the elbow to the face was the worst and he woke up as it was happening and felt horrible and wouldn't even sleep next to me for a week. But anyways, its just something you have to live with. Nothing wrong with it. After all, you can't help what you do in your sleep!
Practice sleeping on a single size bed and wrap your body with a blanket so you can't move too much. That's what I did. When I was young I would push my mom and wake up on a different part of the bed lol. Now I can sleep and then wake up with the same sleeping position.
I'm a still sleeper who wakes kind of easily and my best friend and boyfriend are both wild sleepers who do so much to the point I actually did fall off the bed but there's not much anybody can do. I just accepted the fact that if I wanted to be in the same bed with either one, I have to deal with it. It's not much of a problem for me anymore since it's been this way for a long while. If she really wanted to be next to you, she wouldn't complain so much & would find ways around it since you can't do much since you're unconscious

Im pregnant and my boyfriend will roll over and have me hanging off the bed and he also sleep kicks and throws his arm over my face and if I get up and move over to the other side of the bed which is his side he just does the same thing and I get so aggravated when he takes my pillow or pulls off my blanket just so he can have something go cuddle
Try practicing staying on one side of your bed. I guess basically think about sleeping on that side of the bed your on until you fall asleep. Usually works for me. Or you may have to find a girl that is a crazy sleeper too.
Put a pillow in between or tap the person when they're getting wild
God, I had this issue for so long!
