Girls, any tips on if you having trouble sleeping and getting relaxed to fall asleep?

Try the relaxing music, not while sleeping but before. Make sure you eat enough to feel satiated enough.
Try hot baths before sleep and turn the AC to the lowest temp.
If nothing works try working out in the gym or body wieght workouts at home you might fall asleep faster as you're more tired.
Reduce screen time.

If nothing works tou should go to the doctor

A fan may help to drone out the noise.. blackout curtains or a sleep mask to blackout everything.. stay off social media and get out the vibrator 👍

A hot bath or shower do the trick for me, but obviously everyone is different. So, I'm not sure what are the things you find relaxing that could help

Melatonin. Switch off your phone before you go to bed. Read a book.
