    I sleep better when there’s no light in the room and complete silence.(I can fall asleep even if it’s loud, it’s just annoying and takes much longer to sleep.) I usually just close my eyes and narrate a story, or repeat things I want to dream about or not.(I can’t control my dreams (I usually don’t dream.) I do this because if I do dream I have a better chance it won’t be a nightmare.)


    If this doesn’t help I dance for 1-3 songs or run around the house then go back to the bed and try to sleep.

    Dont eat or drink an hour before sleeping. Keep you bedroom on the chill side and sleep in the dark. Try to not move and you just think about how nice the bed feels.

    Go to bed at the same time e every night. Avoid television and cell phones an hour before bed time. Abstain from caffeine and alcohol.

    Comfortable temperature. Slightly cooler than what you like it as during the day. Not so cold that you curl into a ball and get hip pain.

      I’m fellow sleep suffer as well. Melanin helps, ambien doesn’t work at all for me, weirdly.
      ASMR has been pretty interesting. There’s several asmr paths, which are mostly sounds that spur buzzes or electrical impulses in your brain. I found a German chick that has a beautiful whisper (don’t think it’s sexual, I just listen) but it helps me conk out.

      Just YouTube asmr and try out some stuff. Some does get sexual in YT standards, but most are just people with microphones doing different methods.

    Nothing that emits light in the bedroom, having a comfortable mattress, wale up early so you can sleep earlier. Late sleeping messes up a lot of body functions that normally prep your body to sleep.

    I take melatonin before going to sleep and it has helped me to stay asleep for longer.

    You can take melatonin pills, it really works, and finish looking the phone 2 hours before you go to sleep.
