You leave your crushes text to be seen to say delivered but not let them know you read it yet?

my crush and I had talked until about 1:30 in the morning from 3 in the afternoon to 7 and then again at 10 to 1:30 in the morning. he fell asleep and apologized in the morning, we talked for an hour or two and he left my last message id sent saying "delivered" but hasn't read it yet. he's been on his phone and knows it's there but won't read it. any ideas or have you done this with a reason? why didn't he leave it read and not reply?

A girl i texted with did this lot of time to me too. I as confused as you too! They could have just let us know they're busy instead of making us waiting like an idiot waiting for their text. It could be that he isn't that interested and just leading you on. He too might be texting with numbers of girls. I know it easier said than done, you should do the same to him too. Btter still, read it, but don't reply him for hours. It'll drive him crazy, if its not, he's just not into you and you should move on!!!

If he's into you, yes. If it's not, its because he has other girls texting him. So, your text doesn't matter to him. He will only reply you when he bored. If you want to, you could just ask him why hasn't he reply you. :)

I can guarantee you 100% he isn't talking to other girls but I'm going to try that and later ask him why he didn't reply! :) but if he realllly didn't care, you know he could just open it and not reply? why doesn't he just do that

May be it's a side-effect of too much texting!!! In general, he should've replied but then there are millions of reasons (sorry, not millions, few, duh) why he hasn't replied... keeping your ego aside, text him again, and in a funny sarcastic way ask him the reason why he hasn't replied...

I understand what you mean. I just started a long distance relationship & I haven't heard from my boyfriend in almost 2 weeks. At least you from your boyfriend just 2 hours ago. I would love for that to happen. But I swear he is most likely busy. Not ignoring or anything. you guys have been texting all the time. Like I seriously think he is doing something or he can't be on his phone. Like don't over think it hun. There has to be a good reason why he didn't respond right away.
