He brushed my hair out of my face?

I have been wondering how much he likes me or if it is true feelings behind the kissing and the time we spend together. We were talking to each in person and he suddenly stretched out his hand and brushed my hair out of my face and put it in place by stroking my head. He was sort of smiling at me but did not look me in the eyes. I'm just curious what that might imply? I liked it.
