the pic had nothing to do with him or anyone but myself and his best friend tags him on my picture, by the time I go to see, he had deleted his comment. what does this mean?

The friend was either teasing you or your crush.

If he was teasing your crush, then there is a chance your crush has a crush on you too.

he was teasing him for sure because I don't talk to his friend at all, we aren't even really friends

It means that his best friend tagged him on your picture and your crush deleted his comment. Simple as that.

Seems like his best friend knows something and is messing around trying to have a laugh at both of you or one of you. There could be two reasons here.
First one: He probably somehow knows you have a crush on his friend and is making fun of you or...
Second one: He knows his friend has a crush on you and is making fun of him. Maybe he wants his friend to notice and look at the new photo you just added since he could be so into you :D
So the question is. Is there a possibility that they already know you like the guy? If not, then congrats :D He probably likes you too.
