so we hook up everytime we see eachother but when i ask him he denys feelings, yet he denys that were just friends. There are so many red flags here and you're not seeing them. If a guy really cares about you so much he would not keep asking you for nudes. If he says he doesn't have feelings for you then take it for what it is. This clearly isn't going anywhere if he has moved to another country. Just cause someone says they think of you all day doesn't mean they actually like you. Guess what... people lie all the time to get what they want including horndog guys who want nudes. They'll make you fall for anything to get what they want.
