We run in different circles?

I like this guy I don't really know, because he's popular and I'm not that really, so we run in different circles, so how do I get him to notice me in a good way?

Talk to him. Say "Hello, I'm _______".

Then he will know you exist.

Don't try too hard to get his attention, because it will be obvious. Just be yourself, and go out of your way to talk to him now and then, and if he is interested you'll know soon enough. or

There is a whole multitude of things you can do.

The first - and most obvious - is to talk to him. As others have already pointed out verbal communication is essential.

Secondly, be a little flirtatious. Put your head down a little so you have to look up at him with your eyes. It'll play right into his subconscious desire to protect a helpless child. Make sure you smile a little too. Exposing your neck (like tilting your head when greeting him) is also sure to get his attention. It's a submissive gesture, just like the head down - eyes up look.

Thirdly, act a little more confident, even if you don't feel it. Act confident and you'll become more confident.

Fourthly, if it doesn't work out, don't give up on yourself. Maybe he's not the right guy for you anyway. Look for someone who has something in common with you.

Introduce yourself. Say "HI". Talk to him about a class you share or ask him an excuse, like, "I forgot the assignment, can you help me"? Stuff like that. Point is, start talking to him in a friendly matter, no matter the subject. We need to get him to notice you.

well it REALLY does depend on how far you two are socially. now be honest with yourself. if he is way popular and he is just barely and he doesn't ever give any kind of interest don't hope for much. but DO try to talk to him here and there. if you see him in the halls and he sees you smile or say hey. its a good start. or if you notice something about him like he cracks his neck, the next time he does it say he'll break his neck on day but in a joking manner. good luck!

Go over and make conversation , or just smile and say hi when he walks by. Don't let "social circles" get in the way. Everyone is the same. good luck ^^ x
