Guy's Behavior

Well he hasn't texted me in 4 days?

Well we have been together almost 2 months and he doesn't have data so he can't be on the enternet, but i know he can text. My last text was a 4 days ago and he hasn't responded. I dont want to call because he's always so busy and he will decline. He has band stuff to do... we go to different schools and live 45-50 minutes away. He can always text in the mornings and nights but he hasn't bothered. Im pretty sure he has his phone because if he didn't he would tell me. he's always acting like he cares and he's still into me but there's a lot of days when he doesn't. We stopped talking on the phone. The last time we did was like 2 weeks ago. Since we only get to see eachother once or twice a month it scares me that he will get tired. The fact that were only 15 is another reason why this isn't the best idea. But i still want to have my fun.. What do y'all think is going on? Do you think he's waiting for me to text cause the last thing he said is "same" to missing me lol. He NEVER calls and I don't know if he's waiting for me or if he's trying to find a way to break up with me and he doesn't know how. i decided after 8 days i will automatically assume its over and tell him i know whats up. Any advice?

We have texted, but not for long. I am supposed to go see him this Sunday. I feel like its better to talk about it in person. Also,, I don't know if he's going to bother texting me so i might not go.. If he doesn't let me know i will decide to handle it on text messaging or a phone call.
