What does it mean when a guy bites you?

Like when a guy bites your hand or arm, and like even say he would bite your nose. The guy I like always kid around and play bite me :( there was one time when we were alone I punched him and he said he would bite my nose if I don't stop, he covered my eyes and came closer. I asked why he covered my eyes and he said that so I wouldn't be surprised about it. In the end he never bite my nose but just placed his head aganist mine. He is so strange at times he would do these kind of stuff to me, but then other times he would say oh I hate you or like we can't be friends. I need help...
