I think do I don't know for sure though. I have a little less than that and guys were okay with it. But in all honesty if a guy likes you he won't care about a little chub (:
But I don't know I have started excercising.. lost 14 pounds and my body fat has gone down 6% and I have gotten more attention. But those are fuckboys (most of them )

Get looser pants. The belly is probably okay with me, but the muffin top is a turn off. Looser waist and look natural. That will be fine.
