I wouldn't call a guy being able to pick his girl up "strong."

If he sprinted, while holding her and a friend, after a bus they had just missed, that would be strong. If she got trapped under a car, and he deadlifted the car, that would be strong. If he jumped off of a cliff and dove to catch her, then managed to rock climb all the way back up with her on his back, that's REALLY strong.

I think a moderately fit and strong guy is an attractive one. As long as he's not arrogant about it* My guy is a bit on the scrawny side, but he can carry me around, and throw me around during sex. That's hot, in my opinion.

Personally, I'm all about the powerful men. There are some women who prefer the skinnier guys though or someone in between. Everyone has their preference.

it depends on the girl. I think its sweet and nice if a guy can pick me up but I don't want my guy like too too strong. I mean I'm not picky so maybe she won't be picky

I think it depends on the girl. I have several friends who prefer really thin guys who don't really have muscles, but I love guys who are more built.
