Sit down, hands in pocket with shrugged shoulders while leaning against a wall sometimes with the legs crossed, something about this posture seems to grab peoples attention to your upper body.

Pull my shirt down and try to quickly move it to the side, hide it with my jacket. If I'm near a table or counter, I will try to stand near it, like right in front of it.

Well I'm not at school but does that matter where it is? Anywhere in public is embarrassing lol but if you have jeans on or tight underwear it can usually be hidden pretty well anyway. Otherwise I just think about my grandma on the toilet. Usually goes down pretty quick then lol ;-D

When I was going through puberty, I would get them all the time for no reason. I could be watching a cartoon and it'd pop up lol. I used to tuck it under my belt or my waist band so that people didn't see haha
