What does it mean if he acts shy around me if he's outgoing?

i don't think he doesn't like me cause he will sit next to me and all. but he won't talk to me and it drives me crazy cause he doesn't seem to have problems with conversations with anyone else.

Try something for me and let me know how it goes. Send him some flirting signs or ways of otherwise boosting his ego, and see how he responds. If he reciprocates the flirting or starts responding to you thanks to the ego boost (you telling him that he's interesting / etc)... Then he is probably shy and will give you attention when you make him comfortable.

But I don't think he's necessarily outgoing towards relationships. He may just be outgoing towards his social life... This is typically found within people like myself, that have a bad past. This indicates that he is shy due to a potential previous relationship, where he had been hurt emotionally. Thus, he's lacking confidence to act without your support or an understanding to how you feel about him.

lots of guys have problems like that. they don't know what to say. and they don't want say sumthing wrong to ruin the whole thing. I had the same problem. ma first date. I couldn't even say anything at all. cus I had nothin to say, its just blank when you like sumone and you don't wana ruin the moment. I think the best thing you should do is to keep talking to him nd askin questions. FLIRT with him :)

Hahahaha, I've had a mad crush on this guy for two years only cause he had his eyes on me all the time - ya know when you constantly catch a guy looking, holding stares, etc. He would get a red face around me and the most he could do was smile and sometimes ask me how I was doing. So, I gave up on him cause he treated me totally different than other peeps but never grew a pair of balls to get to know me.

I still like him too :( I just ignore him.

Don't ask, instead act... Don't be needy: "Do you have a problem with me" or "Do you like me? I like you"... Instead, just test him and see his boundaries. Flirt with him a little, but be respectful.
