I'm not sure if him being my crush makes any difference but anyway I'm 13 and he's 2 years older. We don't really talk but he is very friendly and when he does say something to me he usually calls me little girl. I'm way shorter than him but yeah. Should I be offended or what does it mean?

It's a cute term of endearment. My boyfriend calls me "little missy" and "little one" sometimes. Some girls might hate it but I think it's sweet. If him calling you that bothers you than you should tell him. Not sure if he likes you just from this one piece of info though
