He teases me then laughs and blushes?

So this guy is my crush , he looks at me a lot and teases me sometimes , especially when am busy like talking on the phone or cleaning some instruments or even when am having a conversation with another guy.. and he laughs when he gets my attention with a blushing face.
Also , when i ask him why he's doing it he just laughs and blushes i can tell cuz his cheeks litteraly go pinkish / slightly red

Does he like me or just playing around? I didn't catch him does it to any other girlplus he's outgoing and talks loudly to other girls but he's kinda shy and lowers his tone with me , is that a strong sign?

And why wouldn't he make a move yet if he does like me?

Just because someone has feelings for you doesn't mean they are mentally ready or will even bother making the first move. Most of the time, people just have a crush on someone and will not do anything about it because they are to afraid to lose what they have with their crush.

If he blushes and laughs, that is a strong sign because the body well face does not lie. Also if he acts differently toward you or you notice a difference between how he treats other girls and you, then that is also another sign.

1) Continue doing what you're doing and hope he will grow some balls one day to make the first move if he is really interested in you
2) Show him that you are interested like dropping obvious hints/signs
3) You make the first move
4) Do nothing and just wait

these are all strong signs he like you. people are usually the most shy to the people they like them and dont know very well. i also feel inn some level he is intimated buy you and has no idea how to go about asking you out or pursuing you.

He's one year younger maybe that could be a reason? .. how should i react or do about this if i wanted things to work?

there is nothing wrong with going to him and asking him out, or giving him your number, if you feel up to it ask for his. there is nothing that says guys are the only one to make the first move. another option is when you are cleaning the instruments ask if he wants to help. i bet he would jump at the chance so he could be with you.
