When a guy stares at you with a blank expression?

Okay, so this guy i like has done this multiple times. I'm the type to ignore and pretend i don't see him when he's doing this but when we pass each other, he looks at me for a couple of seconds before pretending not to see me and doing something along the lines of talking really loudly or laughing. We've made eye contact on numerous occasions, both of us not smiling. Its normally me who looks away. What does this mean?

You seem to indicate, in your text, that by "blank expression" you mean that he doesn't smile when he looks at you - which is exactly what I do when I like a girl, and I just can't help it; don't know why but I do it unsubconsciously that I don't smile at a girl I like, because I would really like for her to approach me

A) He is looking in the sake of looking..
B) He has some interest in you <3
C) He's the type of guy who looks at every single person to try to analyze them

I can tell you now, It's definitely B!
