Why did he give me a dirty look?

My crush gave me the most dirty glare ever. So usually when ever he sees me he would smile big and wave. But today he gave me a glare. So what happened recently was he walked by to say hi but my guy friend cut him to give me gum so my crush just walk pass without saying hi. And now he's ignoring me. Why? I'm thinking he hates me but I don't want that to be the result obviously cause I like him.
Question is, Why did he give me a dirty glare? Why is he ignoring me?

He walk by three times after he gave me that dirty look. I couldn't look at him cause it's in the back of my mind that he hates me already.
