I have a crush on my landscaper, and I think he's interested , what do I do?

So I live in a small town; I went to high school with my landscaper he's about 1 grade behind me. I graduated in 2012 he did in 2013.

So he flirts with me mostly, poking fun at my accent or telling me funny stories, he then started to follow me on snapchat watching every single one the minute i posted it, "no joke"

he came today and was really in good spirits and just flirty again; I am extremely attracted to him. He must be to me but I don't know. He constantly checks out my bikini snaps or any snap in general, making comments like I enjoy watching you, you're hilarious or you're so real it's really refreshing. I kinda wanna flirt more and see if this goes anywhere. It was meant for a reason that he's doing my lawn -- lol. Opinions please!
