Does anyone know (and evidence to support) whether the vocalist of Hurt is Christian or anti-Christian?

The vocalist's name is J. Loren Wince.

According to bio info found, Wince was raised in a Christian home, and though his parents exposed him to a great deal of music, rock music was banned in the home. Where he stands today is is suppose open to speculation, but I would hazard a guess that he's now sowing some wild oats, but very likely knows God in his heart at the very least.

Well, thanks for he good guess, I knew he was raised Christian and had a very xealous mother, but I can't find anything deffinative one way or the other, I do appreciate the attempt though, and if you're wondering I'm religious, and I won't listen to his stuff unless I'm sure, because he's had a few songs that may've gone one way or the other.

Though I avoid being "religious" in any way, I do hold to a Christian world view. You do well to surround yourself with things of God, however, I don't suppose listening to Wince sing will disrupt your mindset to any great degree. after all, the world is filled with talented people who don't know the Lord. Although this factor doesn't keep me from appreciating their talents, while at the same time understanding that our world views differ significantly.

It's more along the lines of a concern that certain songs of his may be Anti-Christian, not that I stick to only Christian music, I just can't knowingly listen to something I KNOW is blashphomous or highly possible of being Anti-Christian.

I have no idea. It seems like Palek has given you as good an answer as you could hope for. But not being a Christian isn't the same thing as being ANTI-Christian.

That's specifically why I was wondering if he were ANTI-Christian or Christian, because I highly doubt his song Rapture was a "neutral" content/meaning song. I could tolerate non-Christian, just not Anti-Christian themes/content.
