Guy's Behavior

"See you around." What does he mean?

I met this guy about 2 months ago. Two sat in a row we hung out and stayed up till morning talking! I thought we were really clicking. But then one of my friends informed me he goes both ways, so I ask him by text. I know not the right way to go about it! He never replied, for like two weeks! When he finally did, he said he didn't know what to say at first, that it didn't matter because I was moving when he found out I wasn't moving, he said that changes every thing. Bc he said we couldn't be intimate with me that far. Well we went out, I thought ever thing was going great we decided to get together next weekend. But then when he got out of the car, he said "see you around" ouch! Isn't that a blow off line?
