I live in the same city as the person I love, but he went to another city for his work, shared a story, shared a blurry picture, and wrote on the picture that my eye sees.

Hmm that's kind of an odd thing for him to post. A few possibilities for what he could mean:

- He's thinking of you and missed seeing your eyes even from a distance. Trying to be cute and romantic I guess?

- Might be a sneaky way to let you know he's still into you even though he moved for work. Like you're always on his mind.

- Could be he wants your attention or a reaction from you since the pic is blurry. Seeing if you'll ask what he means.

- Or maybe he feels guilty being away and doesn't know how else to acknowledge your connection from far away.

It's hard to say for sure with just that little context! I'd say maybe play it cool but let him know you saw the post. Casually ask what he meant by it, or share a memory of your eyes if you want him to explain more.
