Why do guys block girls on social media?

So I met this 30 year old guy on Bumble and we had been talking for the past month. We went out on 1 date and hung out 4 times. And, yes, we had sex. I would try to leave after sex sometimes but I would end up staying because he would initiate pretty deep conversations that I really enjoyed. I would send him a Snapchat here and there during the week. I would also send him the occasional text in the evening because he has his own business in real estate which keeps him very busy. The last time we spoke, he randomly asked me about my sexual health seeing that we had unprotected sex. He said he was asking bc he had just been to the doctor to get tested and wanted to know if he should expect anything. I told him that I had been recently tested and that I was clean. That was a Friday and then he completely blocked me from social media on Monday. What did I do?
