Guys, Why did he ask me to touch his hair?

There's this guy friend of mine. We flirt all the time and we talk about serious things. Lately he told me he's trying to get into better shape; he wants abs and yesterday he started talking to me about his hair and he said he wants to grow it out a little and said he'll look better that way. He asked me to touch it to see how soft it was and he was standing, I was sitting and he just dipped his head down came real close to me and really wanted me to keep touching it a couple of times. After which he kept combing his fingers through it.

It was so odd and random. Why would you ask a girl to touch your hair?

Oh he also SINGS my name a lot. Like he'll start singing "my name is Stacy. I am an artist. I like to dance" etc or as I walk by or when he comes over to me he'll sing "Staaaacy, stacy likes peanut butter (or whatever). She has cats that she likes" i know he does NOT do this with anyone else. No other girl and none of his guys friends lol. Why does he sing my name?

well when I grow my hair out and take good care of it. One it can feel good when some people touch it. second, he probably trying to show off? I'm not completely sure but maybe he was trying to show you how nice his hair was
