Guys: Does it mean anything when you favorite/retweet a girl's retweets?

There's this guy I like and he never favorites/retweets any of my tweets or retweets, but we hadn't talked in over two years. We recently started talking again (not like an interested in you way, but because I asked for a favor) and we've seen each other at school again. Now he's favoriting and retweeting several of my retweets, which as I mentioned before he hasn't done really ever. I know that they say when you like someone's tweets a lot, it's perceived as flirting, but where these are more my interests and indirect tweets, as they are only retweeted by me, not actually tweeted by me, I wasn't sure if the same applied. He's a very selective tweeter, and this day in particular he favorited and retweeted two of my retweets and he only liked like 4 tweets altogether in the entire day. Please help!

If he does it to other girls as well, it doesn't mean that much. If not, it's quite possible that he wants to be noticed by you and he likes you

So you're saying that guys do do that? Like if they are interested in a girl they'll retweet the things she retweets? (As a girl, I know we do that LOL)

Yes.
Of course, if his RTs are the only cue you have, you can't be 100% sure. But nearly sure, yes.
