What is more embarrassing for male runner who runs in tights. His small bulge griped by tight lycra or spandex imprinting between the buttocks?

Tbh as a runner the second was a bit more embarrassing for me when I was starting to run like that. But let's see peoples opinions.

Bulge is so small at most times it's almost flat there. Unless I get boner there is no problem with it.
