Thanks, it was kinda a poll, I was just kind of curious. && I know most women are naturally flexible but most of my friends aren't, kind of ironic, but thanks again for answering. :]

Almost all women are naturally flexible, a lot more than men naturally are. E.g. I can put my knees next to ears by curling up, and I don't even do gymnastics.

i dislike the kind of "double-jointed flexibility" because that's just weird... but, yeah, being generally in shape and flexible is always a good thing
