With all the sex half-naked women shoved in our faces by the media, and porn oozing out of the internet, and fantasy based date profiles, teasing already, we need more hands-on and less tease in real life. Since there is another girl waiting that is easy if this one turns out too difficult, I wouldn’t do too much teasing. Of course, you are 19 so you can still tease more and still hold interest but that will diminish with time. As you get older and if you want a guy you will need to get physical much sooner. Even a little non sexual teasing is ok though. Good teasing if he has a beer and you call him a lush in a joking manner so he knows you don't mean it. Bad teasing is anything were you call him names to hurt him like "bitch", "Fag", that is crossing a line because you intend to hurt his feelings. Sexually has limits too, I hate being teased and then left with blue balls that hurt like a mutha.

Sexually, a bit of teasing (like rubbing his package through his pants/boxers before having any skin to skin contact) is good. Likewise for initiating a make-out and hopping on top to straddle him, mostly when still fully clothed, is good.
