Because of the Africans brought to the Ameican Islands as slaves Cuba, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Dominican Republic has black people there, especially DR because it has Haiti as it's border and the Haitians migrate to DR for a better life.

Dominicans are a mixture of Africans and Spaniards. Some look like Spaniards, some look like Africans, and a lot of them are in the middle.
