I am not going to say that you can't. It is entirely possible.

It isn't probable. While it could still happen, a "fuckboy" is primarily there to get laid. You could be the person to change him, but it isn't likely given the number of people (I assume) he has slept with. If you think that he is only after sex and you actively say that it will not happen for a long time, he will most likely bail.

In order to get anyone to stay (F-boy or not) you have to have something that keeps them coming back. In a normal relationship you have to have intimacy and personality that they like. For an F-boy you have to have a body and a willingness to let them use it. They may have their own criteria that would elevate you, but its much harder for you to fill that role than it would be for you to fit the other one.

If you want a true relationship to work with an f-boy you must have a relationship that provides him with what he wants that is comparable to sex without giving it to him at first. This doesn't mean giving him nothing because that is still one side taking all, but you will have to entice him with something that he values almost as much as sex but not quite as much. Its different for different people so good luck finding/fitting that role.

All of that said I wouldn't try to force it because he probably has incredibly low drive for that. It may hurt a little bit for you, but you may want to drop it unless he promises to not be a f-boy anymore and follows through on his actions.

What makes a fuckboy a fuckboy? The fact that he doesn't fall for women but rather makes them fall for him. So no. A fuckboy/player/philanderer will never, ever fall for you. That's how he gets easy sex by making her want him enough that she decides to give him sex, then he moves on to the next woman who is stupid enough to not think and give him sex assuming that some how this time will some how be different, that she is some how special comparative to all the other women he has been with or tried to get with. Your not, you will never be special enough, you are not different then other women you are the same and the second you give him sex he will then move on to the next woman who will again, value herself way to highly and think that some one who is just looking for sex will suddenly want more rom her despite the hundreds of other women he has been with who also thought the exact same way. I'm sorry but no, he will not fall for you and you cannot make some one fall for you, either they want you for a relationship or they don't that will not change EVER. Don't bother trying unless you just want a one night stand with him.
