If a guy says, "when are we gonna hang out again?" at the end of a date generally does that mean he is interested?

Thank You! But its been 3 days and I have not heard from him?!? :( That's why I am slightly confused... and he leaves tomorrow for a business trip... that I do know...

If he's hasn't called you in 3 whole days maybe he's just not interested in you, dnt take it personal..hes probably just sport fishing and he dosnt want anything serious..and if he's not looking for anything serious then trust that you dnt want him to call you,move on and leave him where he is at, if he was interested you would have got that call..and dnt call him, he knows what he's doing ;)

Yes, usually that always means that he's interested unless he just wants to be friends.
