How can I tell if this guy is a fuckboy?

I have been talking to this guy for about a week that I met on tinder but we have one mutual friend so I agreed to go out on a date. It went really well, he was a gentleman, and held almost every door open for me and even walked me to my door on that one date. The date ended with a few good night kisses & he kissed my forehead. Since then we've been texting everyday, and he's been a good texter. He texts me good morning frequently. However recently, he sent me a picture of his boxers because it had my favorite animal on it, i thought it was sweet of him to think of me. But then a few days later, he sent me another boxer picture with a more suggestive comment saying "My boxers have ice cream on them, I'm surprised they didn't melt". He also talks about being shirtless and how he's always hot temperature wise. We've only been on one date but we do have plans for Halloween together. I thought he was genuinely interested in me because of how gentleman-like he was on the first date but he is sending me boxer pictures now. How can I tell if he's trying to hook up, aka he's a fuckboy? How do I know if the gentleman he was on the first date was just an act? What are some other red flags that I should look out for? He seems a lot like the type of guy that loves taking photos of himself and has a lot of confidence. We are both 23.
