He keeps me guessing, I like this guy some time ago, but I'm too shy to talk to him. My friends told me he stares at me when I'm not looking, stares at me from away or look at me in the corner of his eye. He's happy when I'm around him or he talk more louder. Do you think I like him? Or he's just being nice?

Who knows. Need a lot more signs than that. Lets look at the options that we do know.

A) He doesn't like you
B) He likes you and doesn't have the confidence to approach you.

Those really are the only 2 options. So it's pretty much up to you to talk to him if it's ever going to work. Don't just wait around hoping he'll approach you.
