Boyfriend has scratch marks on his chest?

Hi everyone, I migh come a cross paranoid but recently I’ve had people tell me rumors about my boyfriend having cheated on me. My boyfriend plays football at university so he is quite well known in our area. He came home on Saturday night with scratches on his chest. He plays games on saturdays and the always goes out with his friends after. He says the scratches are from the game but to me they really look like sexual marks, usually when he gets scratches it’s just one or two lines but I know sexual ones are generally more than that. Do you think he could be cheating? Any advice on how to approach this situation?

Talk to him. Sit him down and have a serious talk. It's only one thing and you have no other evidence so you shouldn't assume right away

My chest is usually covered in scratches but I've never had sex so how do explain that xD

The moment you start to suspect it and people tell you as well, then he's most likely cheating.

If they are then the shirt must be also torn or screatched, when the shirt isn't than I would start to doubt
