How do you know if a very shy girl has a crush on you?

There is this girl I like but she is really shy we are in high school how do I know if she really likes me?

theres a few telltale signs but its usually a bit harder to work out with shy girls.

i was quite shy in high school and there was a guy I really liked I would automatically look at the floor a lot and pretend I was looking for something in my bag to avoid looking him in the face, the usual blushing happens a lot though, study her face a bit (without seeming like a creep :P) and see what she does when she catches you looking at her, moistening their lips, biting lip, and hiding behind their bangs (if they have them) is common sign that they are attracted to someone :)

if she does those things, go for it, start a conversation get to know her a little first to avoid making her get a little scared about a new person then ask her out :) good luck

I think if she is avoiding eye contact with you but seems to be looking in your general direction a fair bit she is probably keen. Also if you start talking to her and she goes bright red you are in. And because you are in high school I'd say there is a fair chance that heer or her friends might be walking past you and your friends a fair bit. Good luck. Just try and be persistant and a toally non-threatening, nice way. As a former shy girl I can honestly say that it takes a fair bit of work (sorry!).

Also you might want to be more obvious than you normally would about your feelings cos being shy probably means that she doesn't think that she is worth it (on some level). Its your job to convice her otherwise.
